Recognising this we take pride in ensuring that our service staff are amongst the best available in their respective field. Our team is constantly growing and learning as we encourage and support the continual training and development of their skills.
In addition to our effective workshop facilities, our service department operates a modern fleet of Field Maintenance Vehicles (mobile workshops). Each unit is operated by one of our fully qualified technicians and carries a range of fast moving parts with the aim to ensure repairs can be completed as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Each of our mobile workshops is fitted with the equipment necessary not only to maintain equipment, but to carry out running repairs when required with the ultimate aim of keeping your fleet moving. Using the latest dedicated software systems for service support we ensure all work is processed and tracked efficiently.
To ensure a swift turnaround and minimised downtime, we operate our own spare parts sourcing facility, offering a wide range of quality parts for all makes of equipment. Any repairs completed carry full manufacturer's warranty on any parts provided should the unfortunate event of a failure occur.
